Angela Fajsi is a Doctor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management. She is working as Assistant Professor with a Ph.D. at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad, with a professional focus on process optimization and project management. Her career has been focused on the fields of project management and business process improvement, in which she has published more than 45 scientific papers. She has participated in the coordination of over 40 projects funded by domestic and international institutions supporting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
