Jyh-Jeng Wu is a professor of Business Management at National United University in Taiwan. He received his Ph.D. degree in business administration from Taiwan’s National Cheng Kung University in 1997. His research focuses on issues related to marketing strategy and e-commerce. His research has been published in Journal of Business Research, Managing Service Quality, Internet Research, Journal of Decision Systems, Tourism Management, Industrial Marketing Management, Cyberpsychology, Behavior, and Social Networking and Asia Pacific Management Review.
